Any advice on this one would be great. My water heater is 3 years old and the vent fan has been running constantly for the past few days. No problems with hot water and the tank is not recharging constantly (it burns gas and heats normally). Is there a switch or something that could be replaced?

The problem was a sticky pressure switch. If anyone else has a similar problem, try changing the pressure switch.

Did you purchase a new switch?
