Hello,
I recently had my electric hot water heater replaced with another electric hot water heater. It is on a private well system. I now notice that my hot water faucets spurt out hot water at a higher pressure initially when the faucet/s are opened. When the faucet closest to the hot water heater is left on, the water pressure appears to surge and vary in pressure slightly. This does not happen on the cold water side, and did not happen with the old hot water heater. No other changes to the water system have been made. Does anyone know why this would happen with the new hot water heater and where the problem could be? Thanks
