My Question Is ,what Do I Use Wher The Durock Meets The Gyprock ???do I Use Regular Mud ??or The Durock Mud??can I Run My Tile Over The Durock Onto The Aquaboard To Hide That Joint ??/thanx Guys

I would tape it with CBU tape and thinset, then tile just above that.

thanx johny thats what i thought ,but my wife has changed her mind and would like to continue the tile down the front edge of the tub but i only put durock to the edge of the tub and i finished it already ,Is is ok to tile down the aquaboard ???will it work??

In so far as the tile adhering to the wall, sure, it'll work. Whether or not it'll stay there depends on the amount of water hits that area. It's your shower so you'll need to determine that, but be honest about it with yourself and don't take labor into account. If the area is going to be subjected to lots of moisture, better safe than sorry.

Tin, I'm not following you. If you are using a CBU it should be on all 3 walls that your tub adjoins too. The CBU should sit about 1/8" above the tub flange unless the flange is recessed in the studs, then the CBU should sit 1/8" above the tub ledge. This gap will prevent any water wicking up into the CBU. You will tile down to the tub ledge and leave a gap between the tile and tub and fill with matching caulk.

sorry guys ,the durock is on three sides ,the part im talking about is outside the tub and shower area down to the floor thanx for the help :0)

Oh thats fine. You can tile that. I did the same thing. That area isn't going to see much water or any at all.
