I am going to lay laminate in my bedroom. I have a ensuite attached to the bedroom and the floor is staying. When you under cut the Jam,do you cut half way or all the way around? I am buying a undercut saw. How is a hand held Jam saw like,as you have to cut it manualy?

Id cut it back all the way and the trim on the door. They work real good just use a piece of the floor you will use/ Put the saw on top of it as a cut gauge and just saw .
