Had crawl space foundation repaired and membrane installed over the outside. I covered this with 2 inch rigid extruded foam insulation. Guys at Home Depot told me we should parge right over it but they don't sell that parging here. I bought some from a masonry business. Has anyone done this before who can tell me if there is a secret to doing it?
