The sub floor is generally put in first and then the holes drilled/cut to route the pipes/conduit. Is it possible to temporarily remove the pipes and then sight where they go to cut the holes?

It takes alot of practice, but measure from the finished edges of plywood you have already laid down, not from the walls. Measure in both directions to the center of the pipes, and drill your holes. The panel should fit down on the pipes and also meet the edges of your other subflooring.

Make a templet out of cardboard, once thats cut in how you want it, measure from the edge of your last piece of plywood to the edge of the templet. Make your marks on the new piece and trace away.
