Brick building constructed in the 40's. Not insulated. Moisture on interior leading to mold in the bottom four feet of wall. One possibility is that heat on the inside condenses on cold walls, making moisture and mold. Another is that water is coming through brick/pointing.
Is there any way to dry out and seal brick?
Any suggestions?

It is more likely that there are no weep holes. If not, drill some and the problem should be solved.
