Just ripped up the carpet and it apears the cement floor underneath has a spider web of cracks in it - should I lay so floor lever or crack sealer or just go over it with the underlayment.....

found my answer - sorry for beign lazy and nto doig a search. It's actually the light duty cement commenly used (as in this case) on the upper floors of condo complex's to save weight.

From my reading it is not a concern and I can just lay my underlayment (plastic/padding combo) over it....
