Our winter project is to gut our 2 apartments --one on bottom--one on top--new everything--they are 24 x 22--one bedroom--open living plan--new electric and we have gas--I have an option to do a bump out area--like 6x8 not sure of size but to put the hot water tank and washer dryer and furnace--that is my ? size of furnace needed or the best options --baseboard electric?,ventless gas ???? we are on a tight budget--and we are separating everything so we will have double everything---we want low utilities but keep our cost within budget too--suggestions and places to order--oh we are in northern West Virginia--we do get very cold winters
Thanks Melissa

Who's paying for the heating/cooling of the Apt?

Go to warmair.com and compair cost of fuel in your area.

Ask an HVAC dealer who install this system to do a manual J on the apt to size the equipement.
