I have a sears brand gas furnace the pilot light is on but the heat wont kick on.At first we switched the thermostat to on instead of auto and that seemed to give out heat but now it just blows out cold air. what should i do???????????? Help Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you keep the fan on on do you get heat? When calling for heat does the gas valve get 24V?
