The Rungs To My Dr Chaiurs Are Loose, Two Are "out Of Their Sockets". How Can I Fix These Please? My Idea Is To Get Dowell Rods, Drill Hole Inside Rungs,put Carpenters Glue In,insert Dowell Rod To Strenghten. Thank You

Unless you are missing spindles, or the ends of the spindles have broken, you should be able to glue your loose spindles and clamp them for a few hours until the glue is dry.
Just be sure you use some good wood glue, like Titebond II.
