My house was built in 1935 and has a poured concrete foundation. Our inspector explained that there is an outer "shell" to the exposed above-ground portion of the foundation. There is a place where this shell has come away from the inner portion and it needs to be patched. It is a triangular spot that is approx 1sq' in area.

Can someone please recommend a product/material to patch this with please?
