I've been trying to find out where I can find any service information and parts on the Whirlpool Clothes Freshener. Whirlpool doesn't seem to want to answer my e-mail. Sears web parts at least returned my e-mail and told me that they didn't have any information. The one I have is eight months old and has decided to stop going through a complete cycle. Any ideas??

Here's the model. Model LRF4001RY
