I just purchesed the DSC Power 632 from the Home Security Store on line. I had the system installed by a qualified electrician. I have a question about programming the system and when I called DSC they said they only provide technical support to certified installers. When I called the Home Security Store and told them what I was looking for and asked them to make a suggestion as to which one I should purchase, they recommended the DSC 632 knowing I'm purchasing it for my own personal use in my own home. Any advice? Here's my question: The person that did my wiring played around with the keypad and pressed the installer code 3 times and now I'm totally locked out. How do I get in?

"Locked out" covers a number of behaviors. You will need to be more specific.
