It knocks loudly when spin cycle begins during rinse and spin . It started out only making the noise during those two cycles. Now it seems that it is making more noise during agitation in the wash cycle. Have replaced the coupling. It is agitating better but still the horrible knocking and grinding sound during the rinse and spin cycle. What is your opinion. Just not sure what to try next. The model number is 110 28922790

If it's a direct drive washer (no access panel with water inlet valve on left hand side looking from the rear) see here:

(Could be the loose tub nut and drive block)
