You said in your post that you cleaned the hose out. Does that mean you have white plastic vent? If so it needs to be replaced. If it is plastic it could be your problem. You say it heats but the clothes aren't dry. How long does it take to dry a load of towels? Two factors dry clothes-heat and air flow. Sounds like you have heat although we have no way of knowing if it is heating as it should. Also if the washer is not spinning properly (leaving more water in the clothes than it should) it will effect dry times. If you have plastic vent change it and see if that helps.

I replaced the hose from the dryer to the floor and from the floor to the outside it PVC and i washed it out with the water hose. Its moving some air and its heating i pressed the door trigger and the start button and you can see it glow red in just a few sec. It takes about a cycle and a half to dry a load of towels. The washer works fine spins the clothes better than my old washer.. Could it be that the dryer is not moving enought air?? I cleaned the fan and the duct and there was a little build up in the duct.. I dont think it moving enought air.. Where can i get a new fan or motor and is there any way the test this???

Yes, a service tech can measure air flow. Just because the heating element "glows red" when you start the dryer does not mean the element is staying on, that is cycling like it should. I'm not sure what you mean when you say the clothes are still damp at the end of the cycle. Are you setting the dryer on time dry or auto dry? What is the end of the cycle? After so many minutes of dry time? Because the clothes are still damp when the dryer shuts off does not necessarily mean the dryer is at fault. If you have plastic vent it must be replaced. It can be a fire hazard and it does inhibit air flow causing poor performance even if it is clean. How many minutes does it take to dry a load of towels?
