After pulling up my second floor flooring, I can see the sill plate from first floor framing. Can I drill holes in ever sill plate and blow insulation down in there? Installing a vapor barrier would be next to impossible, but I think I can get the cavities filled. Would blown in fiberglass or cellulose be better without a vapor barrier?
