Hnter ceiling fan with 3 way speed adjuster (Lutron? fan control) and separate on/off switch (fan's light), both on the wall in 2-gang box. Both are Decora and speed control has a small slider next to the switch. Fan light is a single bulb light fixture built into fan, max 100W; all factory original.
I've had this fan for over a year and it has worked flawlessly. But all of a sudden the light is MUCH dimmer than it used to be. Suspicious, I swapped out the bulb with a new 100W bulb. Still no change. Tried 60W bulb as well, but brightness seems the same. This thing seems to be putting out similar to a 30-40W bulb regardless of what is in there. All this despite NO Dimmer switch on the light circuit. It used to be MUCH brighter.
Any ideas?

Could be loose conenction or defective fan controller. Try putting the normal switch on the light power line or wiring direct with no switch as a test.
