Installed with a Vista 20P and using a 5804BD wireless key...looking to use the 6150 on-board relay to activate my garage door opener.

I see the 6150 relay contacts are NO and C. Can I get advice on how to wire to the garage opener panel?

It's going to vary with the specs for the opener. What that relay provides is a normally open contact (switch) that closes on activation. Some door openers need a sustained contact closure to operate, some only need a momentary.

That's a programming issue but you have to read your opener's instuctions to know which you need.
