Has anyone heard of these or used them? The element is embedded in a 24"x24" panel. The panel is installed with spacers on the lower section of the wall. When plugged in, the panel heats up moderately and draws air from below, warms it up and pushes it upwards. The ensuing motion eventually heats up the room.

Sounds simple and cost little to operate but I wonder how effective?
