Hello,
I have a Concord Express system with ADT on it. Just recently turned it on, we have wirelss sensors on the doors 60-670 and we replaced all the batteries in the units. The system does not recognize the sensors. There is a program button on the sensors but we have no idea how to have the system "learn" the sensors. Any help would be appreciated. We attempted using the 6321 code and we can only get to the time and date portion.

Hmm, an ADT branded Concord Express....The problem with these is that there's an installer code _and_ a dealer code, as well as the user code. The hardware default procedure doesn't change either of them, so don't waste your time.
I don't know how much hard coded changes are in the ADT version of this panel, so this one is kinda "dark terrain" for me.
If these were already installed transmitters, the system should already have them learned in.

The button says press to program....what does that button do exactly?

It sends a tamper signal to the panel while the panel is waiting for a transmission from the transmitter while the panel is in "learn sensor" mode.

If you are entering your code and you get to the time and date, you are entering END USER programming (9+code) and not INSTALLER programming (8+code+00)!! This is where you need to be to learn in sensors.

Sorry, I think you missed the start of the question. These are existing transmitters. Once the batteries were changed, the system stopped reacting to the contacts. Based on the same transmitters used on a Networx reciever, I think that they just need to trip the transmitter by opening and closing.
If there's an obscure setting for Concord family panels it would be helpful to know.

I went back and re-read it...You are correct! If the sensors were already learned into the panel and they just replaced the batteries, they shouldn't have to do anything special. They send supervisory check in signals to the panel once every 64 minutes.
