We moved into a hose with this alarm system installed in it, but the prev owner did not leave any codes for it ...I downloaded the user manual, but need to find out how to get a new master code into the system...thx

This happened when I moved into my house as well. I believe you have to disconnect the power from the main box, usually this is the first two leads going to the board (check your board manual), then disconnect your battery for about a 1 minute. Then connect the board/battery back up. Siren may chirp for a second, don't be alarmed. After that, follow users manual to set up new master/installer code.
