Curious to find out people's opinions on Crestline windows.
I just replaced one of my kitchen windows and an not thrilled with the window. I wanted to see if this was a fluke or a characteristic of the window. I plan on replacing lots more windows.
I had a custom built window made 30"x70" (rough). Installation went okay, but once the window was in I had problems.
The screen pops out with the slightest touch. I have cats, so needless to say, they are free to roam about unless the window is closed.
Secondly, the lower sash does not stay up. Once you open the window completely, the sash falls by itself, albeit slowly until it's closed 2/3rd of the way. I'm forced to prop up the sash with the prop from my old windows.
Any suggestions on what to do?
Thanks....
