That's what I have. I have a room in the basement that I hired people to rough out, put up studs, etc. Well, its an older house with a warped floor, so the door opening in general is crooked. Also, its shorter than the standard 80".
What's the best way to get a door up? I'm thinking accordian doors, but I want to get something up and running with the least fuss possible.

Is the floor concrete or wood? Have you corrected what caused it to warp? Have you checked the door for plumbness. Quite often doors that are not plumb will scrape the floor when opened. You may even take the door out of plumb, top away from the warp. The door will clear the warped floor, but will tend to close on its own. Is it an interior door? If so, why not just cut it off a little to pass the warp?

Well, I can't do much to correct the floor, but I custom-cut down the $5 bargin 6-panel door to fit the opening, which is working okay I guess. What bit do I need to put into the drill for the strikeplate? I have a 1", but that seems a bit much.

1" is correct, even though it seems large. You will have about 1/8" edge, so be sure to center it properly.
