I just replaced the burner unit and the ignitor on an older grill. Right after I got it all together it worked fine, but after about 2 hours when we went to use it it would not ignite. The tank is full, new regulator and hose and new ignitor. The ignitor has spark and burner holes are clear but no flame. Any ideas or suggestions? thanks

I moved your question into my topic, because it is a gas appliance. Which I am more than likely able to help you with.
Turn off the gas at the bottle. Remove the connection to the BBQ. Be sure to face or point the flex line away from any source of ignition.
Turn the bottles gas on slightly. Note the volume of gas coming out. Then briefly turn up to full blast the gas supply and note the volume. Turn off the gas valve to stop the gas flow.
What the test should indicate is a restriction in gas flow and volume. Re check all connections, fittings and parts for any cause of restrictions. Likely to find one.
If you used any thread compound on the joints/connections, excess may have caused a blockage or restriction. Clean and clear as needed.
