any idea how difficult it will be to refinish 30 year old oak floors of irregular widths that have plugs? any suggestions welcome and helpful. my concern is that i'll loose the plugs when i apply the sander making the whole thing a mess. as far as i know they have never been refinished, ihave never seen this kind of flooring before and any where i could get more info about it would also be great. thanks.

What do you mean by plugs? Elecrical? Wood? Filler?
