I have a through-the-wall air conditioner. When you take off the cover there is a switch that you can use to either close or open then vent. I was wondering if this should in fact be opened or closed.
Thanks

Normally keep it closed for most efficient operation. If the room is sealed tight and you need to introduce fresh air you could open it.
