What's the best, commercial grade, adhesive that can be used to apply indoor/outdoor carpet to 3/4 inch plywood?
I built the deck with pressure treated lumber about 6 weeks ago, and it's getting where it appears to be pretty dry (the lumber was wet when I installed)
Now, I'm trying to find out what the best adhesive is to apply the carpet to finish this job off. (hopefully, the grey indoor/outdoor carpet at Lowe's is good quality.)
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Let the plywood dry, then lay the carpet. DON'T glue it down! Rent a wide crown roofing stapler and staple the edges after you fold them over the edge of the plywood. You can shoot staples into the rim joist that the edge of the plywood is resting on, or, if you use 5/8" or 3/4" staples, up into the bottom of the plywood if you have a lip overhanging.

Actually....the application is that I built a cover for the bed of my pickup truck with 3/4 inch pressure treated plywood.
The reason I posted that it was a deck is so I could find out what is normally used to adhere carpet to plywood.
I have to glue it to make it uniform in the way it is permanently attached to the plywood. I may use some staples around the edge when the adhesive is still wet, but I want the adhesive to be the primary bond.

Most carpet manufacturers recommend specific adhesives that are compatible with their carpet. Typically, you would use a quality indoor-outdoor adhesive.

OK, does anyone have a specific brand name for a "quality" indoor-outdoor adhesive that I could use?
Or, does it even matter?
I'd like to use the very best so I can do this job once, and forgetta bout it.

W. W. Henry is a common outdoor carpet adhesive and is sold in the DIY Superstore. Check at your local home center. Products tend to vary in availability from area to area.

I like using polyurethane glue (Gorilla Glue, Elmer's Ultimate Glue) for outdoor gluing of a general purpose. As long as it's out of the sun, it bonds incredibly tight. It doesn't have much 'give', I'm not sure if flexibility would be a concern. It does give more than epoxy though.
You could always do a test run, see how it holds up.

Well, it's a pick-up truck bed cover so it's going to be out in the hot sun getting very warm from time to time.
