I had a repair man sevice my AC system, he said it had TOO MUCH FREON?-thus he bleed some off or lessend the amount in the system, now two days later my system is freezing up. Isn't that sign of TOO LITTLE FREON. I'm hesitating to call him back as I feel like I may have already been skinned (127.00), with no positive result. What about it? Thanks.

It is more apt to be a sign of a dirty filter or evaporator coil on the first trip making the high side pressure seem high, but being a false reading due to the poor airflow. Then, a couple of days later, maybe after a filter change and/or coil clean the unit is now really low on freon.

It could have been correctly charged on the first trip but the guy did not recognize the false readings caused by the dirty filter.

I would call them back out.

Dirty filters and evap will cause low pressures. Dirty condensor will cause high. I certainly wouldn't pay him if you call him back. But give him a shot. Maybe he bled the charge and then cleaned the condensor (not a good thing) but it happens. Then too, maybe a valve core started leaking after he screwed the gauges on.
