Please help!
I was careless and got some craft paint on my new to me oak table . Its about 30 ears old and beautiful.
I don't want to ruin it--before I try "something " to get it off--I want to know that is safe and effective!
thank you!

Welcome to the forums
'oops' and 'gof off' are good paint removers for latex paint, if it is oil base I would start with paint thinner. Often paint can be removed with the appropriate thinner if done before the paint has had time to cure. Very carefull use of a razor to cut/scrape the paint off would be the last resort. Most any thing you try will remove any wax but hopefully you can limmit any damage to that.

If its acrylic craft paint, try a rag with hot hot water first, be sure to dry immediately.
Krud Kutter will probably work too, as well as goof off. Try it on an unnoticable area first?
Is it in the grain? If so, get a tooth brush and scrub gently.
