I've got new hinges that keep squeaking a couple weeks after sprayed with WD-40. Anyone have a better (long lasting)lubricant recommendation?

WD40 isn't really meant to be used as a lubricant because it evaporates too quickly, it's actually a water displacing substance (WD=water displacer). A good penetrating or 3 in 1 oil will work a lot better.
