Air Conditioning - wall air conditioner leaking

My in wall A.C. is leaking in the front after a few hours of being on. I posted a while back and was suggested i take it out and clean it - i slid it out of the wall, took the top off, and cant see anything clogged up. There is NO drain hole in the back for it to leak out the back of the A.C., and there seems to be water in every possible compartment in the AC. There is water near the fan, the compresser, everywhere I can see, and there doesnt seem to be any blockage anywhere from preventinig it to getting to another compartment. Anybody have any other ideas? I was sure there had to be a hole in the back, but is it possible that the water just stays in there??
edit: also im not sure if it could be related, or if its even supposed to do this, but after running for a while sometimes i can hear the compressor (i guess) go off, and the fan just stays on blowing air (not cold) for about 5-10 minutes. Then it kicks back on and it comes out cold again. The A.C is only 3 years old.

Your wall sleeve should be tilted just slightly towards the outside.

Check the owner's manual for your unit. Newer equipment is often designed with a "slinger". The condensate is splashed on the condensing coil which improves efficiency, and minimizes condendate drainage.

Ya it could have a slinger on it, newer equipment often does, as well, sometimes the drain hole is not punch out on the bottom of the unit near the back, alot of equipment you have to install this yourself and it comes with a drain kit...
