I have an 8 or so year old GE Profile model GSD4030 Z02 dishwasher. Have been using Jet-Dry pretty regularly all along, after re-filling recently, I have noticed it is leaking onto the inside bottom of the dishwasher tub...seems to be coming directly from the middle of the door? When wiping it up, I also noticed some gunky residue. The gasket / door seal does look a little broken up about where the leak is (but having never looked at it, can't say it wasn't always like that). Seems to be some black plastic around there also (the sound insulation?).
The washer still works just fine, dishes are clean, no water anywhere it shouldn't be, etc. I recently (for the first time) ran a vinegar rinse cycle, that can't be related, can it?
Does the Jet-Dry enter the washer tub from the bottom? Might some valve be broken?
Any input is appreciated!

Thanks Bambiblaster...do you think that stuff leaking down inside the door cause any other problems, besides making a mess?
Seems like this won't be too big a deal to fix myself...god I hope those aren't "famous last words"....

May 2007 GE recalled this model & others due to rinse aid problems - could cause electrical fires. Check GEappliances.com for more info.
