I have a "Royal Soverign" unit I bought from Farm & Fleet about 1-year ago. The unit has a high, medium and low speed setting for the fan and the same for "humidity." I have run it on Medium/medium and it has done just fine.
My finished basement was feeling a bit damp after a few days of rain so I cranked it up to high/high. After 4 hours running, it didn't produce one drop of water in the pan. I lowered it back to medium/medium to have the same exact result.
For some reason, it's not produing the water in the pan like it normally did.
Any suggestions on what might be wrong?
Thanks!

There is not a lot to go wrong on these. If you cant fix them youself they are probably not worth fixing. USe a meter to see if the compressor is getting voltage if it is the compressor is bad, otherwise it is in the switching. Switch problems are easy to fix if you can find the paarts.
