I have an LG n46w VCR that i have had for a few years. it has been working perfectly up until a week ago when it started screwing up. The power went out a week ago and when it came back on the display on the front was scrambled as in parts were lit up such as the first half of the number while the other bit fades out and where the play, pause, rewind etc. icons are located they were displayed particialy. what i am i suppost to do? should i just pick it up, throw it out the window, yell "SEE YOU IN HELL!" and buy a new one? or just attempt to repair it? thanks in advance.:wall: :madhell:

A new VCR is $50 or less. The cheapest part (aside from a fuse) will cost you more than that.
