we have 4x4 tiles on kitchen walls behind the counters--can I remove these tiles without ruining the wall? I'd like to remove a section above the range and replace it with more interesting colorful look. Also if I want to extend these 4x4 tiles up the wall for another 8" or so, is it easy to match or should I look into another coordinating color? Is it hard to stick tiles on the wall without any experience at all and have it look halfway decent? I can just see the tiles slipping down the wall before the glue (or whatever one) uses dries!
