Is it a hard job to remove existing glass shower doors?

I'll try and help you. Do they slide or swing out? Do you want to remove the the frame too? Are you replacing it with something else?

Not really. You have to remove them in the reverse order of installation. I'll try to go over it. Everywhere you see silicone where the frame meets the tub/shower, use a razor knife and break the seal. Don't cut into the fiberglas if that is what your tub/shower is made of, just enough to release the silicone. If your doors slide, lift up on the outside one until it clears the bottom rail and remove it. It will be hooked on top with wheels that roll in a groove. Do the same on the inside one. Then you want to remove the top rail. It may just lift off, or it may have screws in it. There should be two screws (one hidden in a bumper) on the two side stiles. Remove them and remove the stiles. The bottom rail is just siliconed in place without screws (hopefully). Pry up slightly on it with a 5-n-1 tool to see if it will come up. Clean up the remaining silicone and there you are.
Post back if things are different.

I'm trying to replace with new door. It's a shower stall that has a swing in door which is why I want to replace, it's assinine that the door swings inward, there's not enough clearance when trying to get in to the shower stall.
