my dads house has no hot water pressure in the kitchen, shower, and washer. someone told him that it could be where the cut off is on the hot water heater. you take either a lukewarm shower or a cold one:eek: . please help me if at all possible. thanks in advance

HOw old is the house and how old is the water heater? Sounds like the hot water pipes, if iron, could be calcifying and closing up. Sort of like needing an angioplasty. Hopefully it is near the water heater and can be corrected easily. POst back.
