My house has file place, but it does not have any damper. I don't see any sign of having damper.
Is it possible to install damper in the chimney where there never was a damper. How do I do it?
Becasue there is no damper, I get lots of insects through chimney.

There are chimney top dampers available. Enter 'chimney top dampers' in your favorite search engine.
