I have an Aspen Evaporator unit for a Lennox heat pump system. there are two dark grey 1" treaded pipes sticking out of the unit near where the copper connections are and 3" above the drip connections. There seems to be a lot of nice cool air coming out of these two pipes.... should they be capped?

Thanks.

lost:::: Look at the paper work that came with the units. On some the drain pan is so you can pull or push the air from the bottom or turn the coil on its side. When it is like this it can have like 2 sets of drain holes. Id try and slip caps on them if its PVC and see what it does they should be 3/4" pipe.
