New refrigerator was delivered one week ago. I waited three days before turning on the water for the ice maker. Ice maker makes some ice but temperature seems to change between 0 and 20 degrees. There was a sheet of ice on the bottom of the ice tray. I then turned off the ice maker. About 30 minutes later, water was dripping into the drain pan underneath the refrigerator. I have since turned off the the water supply to the refrigerator. What woulkd be causing the water to be getting into the freezer and/or the change in temperature? Also, what about the water draining under the fridge?

Thanks.

Sounds like a warranty problem. The drain is normal. Any water in the freezer or frig section will drain to the pan and evaporate. Otherwise, it would build up and you would have a wet mess inside the unit. Good luck.
