Hello...I Just installed an american standard space saver toilet...The water bowl level seems offly low compared to my other toilets....I adjusted the float ball as high as possible w/o keeping the water from continuing to run....Is there any other adjustments that can be made or is it the design of the toilet??? Thanks for any help!

The float does not control the water level in the bowl. It controls the amount of water which refills the tank.
There should be a small hose connnected to the fill valve which runs water into the overflow tube while the tank is filling. This water refills the bowl. Is this tube installed correctly?

The water level in the bowl is controlled by the trap (built into the bowl). As Wirepuller said, the tube must be installed into the overflow pipe. You can test the proper level by slowly pouring water into the bowl (a couple gallons) and see where the water level is. If it leaks down after a while, you may have a cracked bowl. You can also put about 2 or 3 inches of water in the bathtub and then let it drain while you watch the toilet bowl. If the water in the bowl moves, you have a vent problem and the water is being sucked out of the trap. Good luck.
P.S. Probably just the normal level for this toilet.
