I have a maganvox model CCS194AT21 19in. tv with built in vcr. there is a vcr tape stuck in it that I can't get out. I called magnavox but they wanted to charge me 15.00 to tell me how to get it out. No thanks. So I turn to you guys. Thanks for any help that you can give me.

I have done this many times. Unplug tv. Remove screws in the back of the set. Pull apart tv set. Look inside to see what is holding the video. Usually, the video's film is stuck around the heads. Try to remove the film off the heads. Then put the tv back together but don't screw it back yet. Plug back in and press the eject button. YOu can also cut the video's film if you want if you can't unstick it. IF this doesn't work see if you can wiggle the video out but please unplug set again. Once video is out don't forget to put screws back into tv set. Might as well clean the heads with Q-tips and rubbing alcohol while you have the set opened - this will improve operations. Thanks, The Ladyfixer

Thanks for the idea. Tried that along with some other things. TV is just dead and was not worth fixing. Put in recycle bin. Thanks anyway.

Not that you're not going to clean the heads after all, but if you were, do not use Q-tips. Use chamois strips availabe at radio parts suppliers or Radio Shack, etc.
