I am building a racing lawnmower and I am going to be putting some lights on it. The motor is a 200cc 3-wheeler motor from a 200X Honda. It is a kickstart. I am planning on running a couple of LED Strobes, two foglights, and some taillights. What do you guys think. And how do you think I should go about wiring all of this in?

I assume your racing mower does not have a charging system... I would just wire your lights through a switch to the battery (if you want to be really fancy you could even put a fuse in the circuit). Charge the battery with a battery charger instead of puting a charging system on your mower.
If your electrical load is light I would use a sealed lead acid battery. 7 amp ones are very common and pretty cheap. You could not run a pair of real fog lights but LED strobes and tail lights should not be a problem.
If you really want fog lights I would get a small deep cycle lead battery. The small ones are not easy to find but cost about $35 and are less than half the weight of a full size marine deep cycle.

The wheeler I got this from did have lights on it, does that help with anything? The lights were gonna be 55w fog lights that I have also put on another tracotr of mine without a problem so far.
