Well, now that the temps are now in the 100s, I'm noticing something that may or may not be a problem: When my a/c initially kicks on, the air that comes out of the registers is pretty freakin hot for ~10 secs or so. I'm not sure if the heat is seeping in from our attic and/or garage. Is this normal?
Not sure if this matters, but here's more info: When I poked my head into the attic a few months ago, I did notice that the ducts were composed of some sort of flexible, insulated material.

Hmm, considering when it's a 100 degrees out and the attic likely hotter, a large metal tube is bound to get very hot inside!!! There's nothing wrong, it will get cool in a minute.
