I have installed a laminate floor on the Dri-Core system in my basement. I need to transition down to a ceramic tile floor that was layed directly on the concrete floor. The problem is there is a 1 inch height difference from the top of the laminate to the top of the ceramic.

I have not been able to find any transitions that cover that large a height drop. Any suggestions? Do I need to customize a transition? Any ideas on where I might get that done?
