I have a 2001 artic cat 250 and it keeps blowing fuses for the ignition. Does anyone have any clue as to why this would be happening?

Thanks,

Check all your wires. Make sure that none have been rubbed raw and have exposed wire that is grounding out. Fuse blowing is usually a hot wire grounding out some where. Again check all your wires. No wire is too little or insignificant.

I think i have tracked it down to the battery. Everytime i run it off of just jumper cables it does not blow the fuse. When i try and run it off of the battery it blows the fuse. Is this possible?

Thanks,
