Hey guys i was wondering if there is a way i can check out whats broken on my tv without getting shocked. It was hit by lightning about a week ago and im going nuts. Is there a way to fix it my self???

Well first unplug it. Take the cover off and see if anything looks burnt black or chared that should not be(nothing should be)(I.E you got a yellow,red blue wires next to each other and they are back or melted than you got a problem).Also make sure nothing is melted.But you best bet would be to toss it a get a new there cheap now a days.What does it do since it was hit.

it does'nt turn on or make any sound even though it is plugged in.


I would buy a new one but its barely a year and a half old and i cant afford one right now
