We just had a silestone countertop isntalled and when I went to install the dishwaser I realzed that I really didn't have a "screw in" method to attach it to the counter top.
Anyone know of any kits etc. that will allow me to get this DW secured without having to drill holes?
I am thinking that some sort of epoxy method must be used.
thanks

You only need to add a piece of 1X across the front of the opening. It would have been easier before the countertop was installed, but it shouldn't be difficult now.

The installer should have drilled the holes for you. Now you need to do as Wayne said. The problem with epoxying the board on is that it may show from the front of the DW. Good luck.

Call the fabricator/installer and ask how they fasten dishwashers in place. If you're lucky they use a no drill, surface bonded fastener, such as those at Chemical Concepts. Check their website to view them. Basically they're a 3/4" X 1 1/2" perforated metal plate with a nut braised to it. You use epoxy to fasten this under the countertop, then use a short #10-32machine screw to hold the dishwasher in place.
Good luck

Most dishwashers have a bracket that will allow installation either to the countertop or to the sides of the cabinet opening. My countertop is granite and the Bosch dishwasher is secured to both cabinet sides.

Thanks for the advice re the attaching the DW to the silestone counter top----I looked it over once more and found that I could use some inch long small pan head screws to attach the DW to the side cabs. Put four in last night and it appears to be rock solid.
Thanks again for the replies.
