At my work we have rubber mats on the floor. Occasionally when wearing khaki pants, some of the black rubber/dirt comes off of the mat and onto the cuffs of my pants. Is there any way to get it out so there is no black left on my pants?? Thanks!!

Welcome to DIY forums!
Sounds like this is a mixture of dirt/grease. I would suggest taking some rubbing alcohol and apply to a rag and blot the cuffs. if there is transfer i would continue to do that until you cant get anymore out. Then launder as usual.
If that doesnt do the trick. I would go with applying wd-40 to a rag and blotting. Then afterwards blot with the rubbing alcohol to remove the wd-40 residue then launder as usual.
Always test any diy method in a hidden area. On the inside of the cuffs would be a good place..to see if there is any color fastness.

I like mineral spirits for petroleum based stains. However, it can't be used on polyester. I think your best and safest results will be with the WD40 Docduck suggested.

After applying solvent, pretreat affected area with heavy duty liquid detergent, working into soil. Then soak overnight. Wash in hottest water safe for fabric. Check for stains. Rewash if necessary with all-fabric bleach. Older stains that have been through the dryer may have set and may not be able to be completely removed.
